Update on ITCP 23/24

This summer, Glasgow welcomed 18 teachers in training from 10 countries to study with Gaby Agis, Kirsty Alexander, Mary-Clare McKenna and Theresa Moriaty on the ITCP (Introductory Teacher Training Certification Programme).  There was an incredibly strong ethos of peer support amongst the group and between the ITCP trainees and the 12 participants undertaking the 3-week introductory intensive, and connections were also forged across the wider dance and art scene of Glasgow. Although the weather was not at its best, the vibrant charity shop scene ensured a supply of warm clothing and the studio and kitchen of the Kinning Park Complex became a home away from home.  The SRN network day meant that Rosie was able to join us for an afternoon to talk to the trainees about SRN and to give them the opportunity to join as associate members; so you will have the pleasure of meeting them (virtually) before too long.  We are really looking forward to these 18 wonderful people completing their training next year and joining the teaching community.
