We are holding a FOUR-WEEK OSF WORKSHOP, OPEN TO ALL with options to attend for 2, 3 or 4 weeks. No prior experience necessary in dance, OSF or SRT. These sessions are vitally nourishing both for those new to the work & those returning to deepen & refresh their practice. The fourth week introduces advanced level work. Those with comprehensive experience at the Introductory level may choose to join just for the fourth week.
Concurrently, July 8 – 26, 2024, OSF SOURCING DEEPER is a three-week program designed for those who long to understand the complex array of underlying concepts and strategies of both OSF and SRT, whether or not followed by OSF Teacher Certification. Though rarely directly spoken of during sessions, these revelatory concepts and strategies are behind-the-curtain keys that allow facilitators to create seemingly magical environments conducive to deep transformation. Prerequisite for OSF Sourcing Deeper is a minimum of two consecutive weeks of either OSF or SRT. OSF Sourcing Deeper is a prerequisite for OSF Teacher Certification programs.

For those who want to deepen their practice. Offers wonderful re-immersion possibilities for those with experience with either OSF or SRT.

Prerequisites: Full spectrum of Introductory OSF or SRT (3 weeks).
Advanced OSF material is deeply rooted in & fluidly expanded from advanced Skinner Releasing (SRT) practice. Though 12 codified ‘Ongoing’ SRT classes are sometimes taught, at OSF we create unique advanced sessions, culled from a wealth of material passed on by SRT creator Joan Skinner & early practitioners, & integrated with Skura’s/OSF’s improvisational research. This level of the practice is sophisticated, deep, and evolved in alignment approaches — richly navigating states below conscious level.
Simultaneously, we begin a new two-year OSF TEACHER CERTIFICATION group, for those who’ve experienced OSF Sourcing Deeper and are ready to continue learning to facilitate this revolutionary work.
