Nathan Dryden

Nathan is an artist, choreographer, teacher, and performer wandering through contemporary dance, movement improvisation, aerial-dance, contact improvisation, and theatre. He certified as an SRT facilitator in 2001, training with Joan Skinner, and served on faculty at the annual SRT summer intensives in Seattle from 2003 – 2009. Mainly working as a guest artist and adjunct professor at universities around the USA, Nathan loves traveling and enjoys offering workshops internationally including stays in Turkey, New Zealand, Italy, England and Canada. He works closely with Stephanie Skura as part of the Open Source Forms Teacher Certification program. OSF is a practice created by Skura that is deeply rooted in and fluidly expanded from SRT and explores modes of integration with creative practice.
