Helen has studied SRT since 2017. She moved to Brighton initially to study History at Sussex University in 1990. On completion, Helen remained in Brighton working for 30 years for organisations including Citizens Advice, Age UK, NHS, and Money Advice Plus. Helen previously trained at The London Contemporary Dance School. She performed with Gaby Agis, Rosemary Butcher, Cycles Dance Company, Sue Maclennan & Dancers, and Miranda Tufnell & Denis Greenwood throughout the 1980s. More recent projects include ‘Creases’ 2016 and ‘Navigation’ 2017 with Bhebhe & Davis and ‘Moving On & What Would Rosanne Say’ with Cycles Dance Company 2021. Encouraging a non linear weblike approach to life, The Skinner Releasing process has facilitated the integration of the seemingly diverse paths of her life. Helen is looking forward to being part of and supporting the development of a thriving SRT community in Brighton.
