I’m Claire Murray – A long-time student and recently certified teacher of Skinner Releasing technique (SRT), based in Newbury and active across Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and beyond.
My own health journey has deeply influenced my practice, shaping my interest in integrating SRT with eco-somatic approaches, community engagement, and arts in health projects and research. I warmly welcome opportunities for collaboration and conversation within the field.
