Over the weekend we will be covering classes 3 and 4 from the Ongoing series. Held at Om Yoga Works studio in Farsley, time will be given to arrive before class and to continue moving and/or mark making after. Places are strictly limited so book promptly!
To participate in classes from the SRT Ongoing series, prior experience of SRT is required, preferably all 15 classes from the Intro series multiple times. Please tell us about your experience of SRT when enquiring, if unsure you meet this criteria please just ask.
