Mira Hirtz will be teaching class 1 at Karlstor in Heidelberg. She will teach in English, but speaks German as well.
You don’t need any prior experience of dance classes! Come move according to your needs.

About SRT:
Skinner Releasing Technique is a movement practice that explores softness and gentleness to find energy and strength. It is a permissive and playful approach to letting go of unnecessary physical tension, of ideas about what is supposed to happen, or of what dance is.
Classes consist of poetic imagery, supported by music and some partner graphics (using guided touch). There are 15 classes in this pedagogy, this will be class 1. SRT can be beneficial to artists of all kinds, dancers, actors, musicians, as well as to anybody interested in movement.
