Find your flow, soothe your nervous system and support your creative practice. Integrating Skinner Releasing Technique and writing prompts to move and be moved by kinaesthetic awareness into embodied writing.
No previous experience necessary – experienced writers and dancers welcome.
Workshop in English with Swedish translation as needed – creative writing in your language of choice.
