Skinner Releasing Technique, all 15 classes of the Introductory Series
Spazio Nu, Pontedera, Italy
It’s a rare occasion that these 15 classes are being offered all in one flow. It is a beautiful chance to experience this, hosted with generosity by SpazioNu in Toscane, Italy.
This workshop is open to anyone who is interested in experiencing this dance practice and willing to be moved in unexpected ways, to possibly delve deep into themselves and their own dances. Please be aware that moving through 15 classes in 8 days can come with an intensity that asks of your commitment and participation and a basic ability to be attentive with your dancing coming into its own form. The SRT Introductory Series is open to those both new to the practice as well as those who may be very familiar with them. Each time offers the possibility for new insights and experiences, deepening or new connections.
If you’re considering doing the Teacher Training, this can be a supportive experience and it also supports in fulfilling the requirements to enter the training.
As the classes build on each other and with the desire to offer this experience to a whole group from beginning to ending, the workshop is open only to those who can participate the full 8 days.

We started this in 2024. In 2025 we took the chance to work at the sea one afternoon as well. Depending on the situation, we might go there again. We might also decide to do all classes inside, if that seems more appropriate this time. I’m posting a photo from the seaside practice.
