From Stephanie Skura, long-time SRT teacher-trainer & core SRT faculty, currently instigator & director of Open Source Forms.
Moving toward wholeness, sanity, & creative empowerment in our challenging times.
Following rewarding experiences offering Open Source Forms programs ONLINE VIA ZOOM during 2020 & weekly advanced sessions in 2020 & early 2021, we’re offering three OSF programs during July 2021:
1) 2 or 3-WEEK ANNUAL OPEN WORKSHOP
JULY 5 – 23, 2021
Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – Noon (PDT)
In your own time zone: worldtimebuddy.com
BOOKINGS
Inclusive, welcoming & vitally useful sessions for both newcomers to the practice and experienced practitioners. Options for two or three weeks, beginning with Week #1.
This annual workshop, now in its 8th year, assembles a world-wide community for dancing, creative practice & deep immersion. A catalytic environment includes colleagues with diverse experiences in teaching, healing, therapy, performance, theater, visual arts, writing, & community organizing. Workshop participants join OSF Sourcing Deeper participants & OSF teacher trainees for these sessions.
Deeply rooted in & fluidly expanded from Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT), OSF involves shedding outer layers, accessing primal energy, agility navigating subconscious realms, imagery as potent tool for transformation, & developing a high degree of consciousness without self-consciousness. The practice celebrates diversity, collaboration & individual empowerment: free of inhibition, accessing intuition, inviting the mind to collaborate. Sessions offer potent tools to access freedom, specificity & courage in movement, vocal practice & creative practice. A key aspect is individual creative empowerment as an instigator of positive change on the planet.
*Fulfills pre-requisites for OSF Sourcing Deeper. Partially fulfills pre-requisites for OSF Teacher Certification Programs.*

“It was very important for me to engage in this creative practice, awaken new pathways of my imaginative & physical self, & to be held with such care even in the virtual medium.”
““What a delightful time to spend by the screen that normally just brings tense body & stressed mind — but now what a releasing, healing, creative, touching & funny time it has brought. Thank you for your courage, efforts & generosity to realize this.” Titta Court, SRT teacher, Finland
