Based in mid Wales, Clare’s work spans movement, facilitation, mental health support, writing and growing, in the UK and further afield. She trained at Northern School of Contemporary Dance, and holds an MA in Creative Practice: Dance Professional Practice from Trinity Laban/Independent Dance.
Clare has studied SRT since 2016 and enjoys the possibilities of this beautiful movement practice in connecting with something more universal, beyond ourselves; cultivating empathy; supporting and sustaining energy and relationships with others and the wider world, making us more resilient as communities.
