Information
This workshop will cover all 15 Introductory SRT Classes. This is a rare opportunity to experience the whole pedagogy in weekly blocks with a continuous (no drop-ins) cohort.
Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT) is a pioneering approach to dance, movement and creative process that has evolved from the simple principle that when we are releasing physical tension, we can move with greater freedom, power and articulation.
Classes will be held in the large roof studio at Siobhan Davies Studios, London.

- Autumn 2025: 17 – 21 November
- Winter 2026: 23 – 27 February
- Spring 2026: 18 – 22 May
Times:
- Monday through Friday
- 3 pm–5:30 pm with seminars on Friday from 5:30 pm–6:30 pm.
We have scheduled these classes in 3 weekly blocks, spread over three seasons, to accommodate those living out of London.
