Introduction to Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT)
Classes 1 – 5 with Helen Rowsell
Weekly classes in June every Monday afternoon 2.30 – 4.30 pm
Mondays: 2nd, 9th,16th, 23rd & 30th June 25
SRT a pioneering dance technique for anyone interested in movement. SRT evolved from a simple principle that when we are letting go of physical tension, we encourage ourselves to move with ease, freedom, power and fluency.
