Information
Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT) is a pioneering approach to dance, movement and creative process that has evolved from the simple principle that when we are releasing physical tension, we can move with greater freedom, power and articulation. There are 15 classes in this pedagogy.
For this week, Gaby Agis will be teaching the last five classes (11-15). These later classes aren’t often taught and delve into layers of imagery. Students would benefit from having previous SRT experience but all are welcome.
These classes are part of Independent Dance’s autumn season. They are daily classes that can be taken individually. Classes must be booked in advance through Independent Dance’s website. Classes bookable from 9 October 2024
