Information
An opportunity to further explore Skinner Releasing principles through poetic imagery, sound and improvisation scores.
Classes 6 & 7 will be held as part of the Lancaster Dance Artist program, a peer led group sharing technique classes, workshops, and creative labs.
These classes are for experienced and professional movers/dancers.
Please bring a bottle of water and warm layers!
