Find your flow, soothe your nervous system and explore the wild unknown.
A workshop integrating Skinner Releasing Technique and writing prompts to support your creative practice, to move and be moved by kinaesthetic awareness into embodied writing.
Some previous experience of Moving Writing or Skinner Releasing Technique is needed to attend this workshop.
Somatic movement is guided in English with Swedish translation as needed, creative writing in your language of choice.
Workshop led by Julia Adzuki – artist, writer and certified teacher of Skinner Releasing Technique.
Saturday and Sunday 16-17th May from 10-16:00 at Ateljé Light Hub in Järna, Sweden.
1200kr for weekend workshop.
