Information
Through the week we will explore SRT in the studio and outside; finding improved alignment, ease, articulation and freedom of movement. Poetic imagery, hands on partner work and movement explorations will encourage the releasing of old habits, allowing new possibilities to occur. These ideas will be taken into two contrasting environments; the secluded forest of Timble and the vast, rocky landscape of Brimham Rocks. Inside and outside are integrated, allowing new perception and creativity to emerge.
