Information
During this 3-hour workshop we will engage with some of the foundational SRT principles individually, with a partner, and as a group.
The workshop is especially for dancers, dance teachers, somatic practitioners and movement lovers of all levels who have not previously taken any SRT classes and would like to get a first experience. For those who are already familiar with SRT it can be an opportunity to return to the basics of the practice. Be welcome!
