4 morning classes Skinner Releasing Technique as part of Winter Tanz 2023/2024
During these 4 morning classes we will engage with the basic principles of Skinner Releasing as a way to access the intuitive and poetic body in motion.
The duration of 3-hours gives extra time and space to get fully immersed in one’s dancing, rooted in aliveness and presence. Read more
