“Dance and Movement Workshop” Skinner Releasing Technique 1-5 and Creative Process in Landscape

In this workshop, we will be dancing with “Skinner Releasing Technique” introductory classes 1-5 and the “Creative Process in Landscape” and practices on awareness together. Thus, we will awaken creativity and spontaneity by rediscovering our natural harmony with our bodies and developing strength and flexibility.

At the “Camtepe Life Center of Kazdağları” @camtepeyasammerkezi, we meet for 5 days between 6-10 of August, in the morning SRT classes and in the evenings to connect with ourselves and the area we are in and to turn this experience into a creative process.
