This workshop will move through all the 15 classes of the Introductory Course. It will be somewhat intensive as we’ll be doing two classes per day, with a 2 hour break in between. It is open to everyone who is interested in experiencing the beautiful progressions and connections throughout the series in one continuous intensive period of time.
Please bring something to write or draw. There will be time at the end of each class to do this to help integrate. This can be very helpful, especially when practicing continuously during these 8 days.
