It’s the second year in a row that we offer this workshop in which we will move through all the 15 classes of the Introductory Course. It will be somewhat intensive as we’ll be doing two classes per day, with a 2 hour break in between. It can be moving, magical, challenging at times and supportive to move through with a whole group the entire time. It is open to everyone who is interested in experiencing the beautiful progressions and connections throughout the series in one continuous intensive period of time.

Please bring something to write or draw. There will be time at the end of each class to do this to help integrate. This can be very helpful, especially when practicing continuously during these 8 days.

Spazio Nu is in Pontedera in beautiful Toscane, near Pisa and Florence. I’ve been teaching at Spazio Nu in earlier years. It’s a deeply caring and supportive, lively environment and community of people. I am excited they offered to organise this series again. Be welcome.
