This is a 2 week workshop with 4 hours per day of SRT. A chance to dive in deeply, play lightly and share this practice daily, allowing time and space for discoveries and possible experiential insights. Some connections may be made to improvising and making dances.
Tic Tac Art Centre is a beautiful, bright, heart warming and loving art space, the home of David Zambrano and Mat Voorter, who both trained in SRT. I heard about SRT for the first time in 1992 from David, which was the first seed planted for me into this practice. In 2021 Tictac organised a weekend dedicated to the honour Joan Skinner after her passing. Since then every year SRT has been offered here to a growing group of participants. This is a beautifully supported environment to give in to Skinner Releasing Technique. Be welcome!
