Introduction to SRT for everybody interested in exploring creativity, expression, embodiment and awareness through movement. Classes 1, 2 of Introductory pedagogy including some time for writing/ drawing will be followed by guided improvisation in order to explore our highlighted creativity.
Some time will also be dedicated to exchange about SRT.
The workshop will be taught in French with English translation possible.
